Why we collect it: To understand your project, to match you with a suitable commercial gym equipment manufacturer, and to contact you about your enquiry. If you tick the optional box, we may also send you occasional updates and offers; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with: With your agreement, we pass your details and answers to a suitable equipment manufacturer so they can contact you and prepare a quote. The manufacturer then handles your information under its own privacy policy. We also use service providers to run this site, store enquiries and send email, and they only use your information to provide those services to us. We do not sell your details to anyone else.

Where it is stored: Your information may be stored and processed outside your own country, including in South Africa, the United States and other countries where our service providers or the manufacturer you are matched with operate.

How long we keep it: For as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and for up to two years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
